The beautiful town of Milazzo, Italy, with its historic castles and stunning sea views, recently hosted a special event called Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) from May 9th to 11th, 2023. This event brought together people from different places to learn from each other and make new friends.
The event started on May 8th when everyone arrived. People came from different parts of the world, excited to learn and share with each other. The event officially began on May 9th at the Castle of Milazzo. Participants started the day by visiting the Castel and playing games and getting to know each other. Then they went to the MuMa Sea Museum to learn about the sea's history. During lunch, they had delicious food and talked about their ideas. In the afternoon, they talked about the activities they would do in the next days and listened to what everyone thought.
On May 10th, they talked about different ways to teach. They met at the Palazzo D'Amico and talked about materials for counselors, who help people with advice. They also talked about materials for adults who are learning new things. They took breaks to drink coffee and continued talking about teaching. The day finished with many ideas about how to make learning better.
The next day, May 11th, they focused on using computers and the internet to teach. They talked about how to use online materials in teaching. They met again at Palazzo D'Amico and had more conversations. They also talked about how to use these ideas in their own schools and organizations. The event ended on May 12th when everyone went back to their homes. They left with new memories, new friends, and lots of new things to think about.
